Climate-Smart Fisheries Conflict Resolution -Nkhotakota

 

What We Did:

Led participatory research with fisherfolk, processors, and market actors.

Facilitated dialogue and conflict resolution workshops.

Co-developed a governance plan for equitable usage of the post-harvest technology.

Integrated Indigenous knowledge and environmental justice frameworks into decision-making.
