What we did:
- Co-designed participatory research tools: drawing elicitation, video diaries, storytelling.
- Conducted MEL processes led by local facilitators.
Outputs:
- 3 peer-reviewed publications.
- Multiple field briefs and presentations.
Climate-Smart Fisheries
Conflict Resolution — Nkhotakota
What we did:
- Led participatory research with fisherfolk, processors, and market actors.
- Facilitated dialogue and conflict-resolution workshops.
- Co-developed a governance plan for equitable usage of the post-harvest technology.
- Integrated Indigenous knowledge and environmental justice frameworks into decision-making.
Outputs:
- Community governance framework.
- Reflective MEL log and ethical case study.
- Ongoing dissemination for SEED-Fish impact reporting.
Decolonial Gender Knowledge
Bringing Voices Together: Decolonial Gender Knowledge
What we did:
- Curated an edited volume with diverse Global South scholars.
- Challenged dominant Western frameworks in gender discourse.
- Centred alternative epistemologies and decolonial praxis.
